## Description

Selaginella lepidophylla is what is usually referred to in the magickal circle as the Rose of Jericho. It is both a tumbleweed and a resurrection plant but also has many nicknames including: stone flower, Jericho fake rose, resurrection moss, dinosaur plant, ever viva, stone flower, and doradilla. Jericho 's true Rose is Anastatica, identified in the 16th century by John Gerard, found in the Middle East , Africa, Palestine and Egypt. The plant we sell is found in the Americas, in arid climates which the Spanish missionaries have discovered. Jericho 's dry Rose should not be submerged under water. Place your Jericho Rose in a bowl with water instead, it will start to open after a day or so.
