Review: As the heading says, so I'm quite happy, one thing, as far as I know I was ordering the Dark Brown version, that's not what I got, honestly I couldn't be bothered asking for a refund or exchange going by the comments I'd only be ignored. The colour I got was a beige sandstone type colour, so instead of blending in with the table it sits on it stands out like a sore thumb, maybe I'll need to buy a matching table... Oh and some in the comments said it didn't come with an Aussie plug adaptor, my order did and it was a decent adaptor not one of those dinky little black ones, this was a proper (feel safe using) adaptor.

**Q: Can i use filtered water from the refrigerator?**
A: Yes you can use filtered water from the refrigerator, I use it or from my Britta

**Q: Can’t get it to be discoverable, it says to turn it off and on 3 times but it never goes into the mode**
A: I could never get mine to work either. I turned everything off that even remotely used wifi and brought the diffuser out almost next to my modem, tried multiple times exactly how the directions said and couldn't get it to connect. I sent mine back.  Good Luck.

**Q: How can you connect it to wifi.**
A: Unfortunately zi can't answer...i could never get it to connect and by the time I gave up trying, the return window had closed.  If I were you and you got this for the wifi feature, return it!  Directions are awful and the app worse...does t work.

**Q: Can it be used with just the app?**
A: Yes Use it like a normal diffuser or download the companion app to control features like LED color, mist intensity, timer settings, scheduling and more directly from your phone.

Stylish and functional are two words I would use to describe this product. Easy to use straight from the box without the Wifi set up. I have not tried that feature yet. I like that it cuts itself off when empty, but it does a hold a lot of water and runs for hours. The oil scent stays pretty strong for a long time. It doubles as a humidifier so it can be used without oil, also. The led lights can run without the humidifer/diffusing feature going so I use that as a nightlight sometimes. It does turn off the led lights once it is empty if you had the diffuser going at the same time. I have found that placing it a corner, table height, in an area of the room where air flows pulls the scent through ventilation is best. Don't place it right under a ceiling fan but off to the side of the room and let the ventilation from the fan gently pull the scent across the room, as a suggestion. Depending on quality of oil you use, it can overpower small bedrooms but it can be overwhelmed in larger open floorplans, depending on cross ventilation. It has a low and high setting so you may have to play with settings that best fit your area to get a desired experience. I have 4 of these in my 3 bedroom, 1530 sq ft home and I have bought two as gifts. I do not have an open floor plan (Cape Cod) so I placed 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs. The picture is of the one in the downstairs bedroom.
