I have not taken it orally yet. But I did use it for haircare. It took some adjusting to make the perfect deep conditioner (whole banana, amla and water)- but I found it! After wash day my hair has never been so moisturized and defined (with no gel). (I also want to mention that I have curly-kinky, thick, long hair and am sensitive to scents.) This has been one of the best products I have ever used ( smells like fruity earth-not stinky dirt)! Lastly, my hair looks fuller, and is still defined after a week. Buy, and try (do some research and find out what works for you/if you could have allergies or if you like it in general)!
