It arrived by UPS (only 3 days after ordering) just as I was coming home. The driver had placed it in our garage. Which was good. I opened the box and brought the parts in the house piece by piece. Then assembled it in the room where it will be used. It went together without problems... as long as you follow the directions. The plastic spacers help fortify the frame and I think help with eliminating squeaks. My sister-in-law and brother-in-law came the following week for a visit and used the daybed and trundle. They said it was comfortable and felt solid.
