A: The Bumkins splat mat can be cut.

**Q: Made in the usa or china?**
A: Bumkins waterproof products are made in China.

**Q: Will it tear from the dog’s claws when she goes under high chair?**
A: We have 2 small dogs with longer nails and have no tears. They are CONSTANTLY under the high chairs of our twins. It’s pretty sturdy. I do secure it with double sided tape though.

**Q: Is this mat completely non toxic?**
A: It doesn't say. It says no bpa, no pvc, no phthalates.
