## Questions & Answers

**Q: I can't find anywhere that mentions the amount in oz or ml of each tube. What is the amount?**
A: Thank you for your question. This is a set of 24 tubes of 12ml oil paints. I hope this is helpful.

Kind regards,
Penny at Castle Art Supplies

**Q: Can I order individual tubes of the paint when it becomes necessary?**
A: You would have to contact the manufacturer or art supply vendor to get that answer.

**Q: I just bought this and the grey color was punctured/ has a whole in it and the oil is spilling out of it. The rest look ok but that one is broken**
A: Get a small paint pot container used for storing mixed paints--and squeeze the rest into it to capture the rest

**Q: whats the deferent between oil and acrylic**
A: Acrylic is a fast drying cheaper medium its water soluble (meaning it thins with water) and generally gets the job done color wise. Oil is oil based pigments they take quite a long time to dry but the texture and effects you can make with it is second to none. Oil is on the more expensive side of paints and can be extremely messy and frustrating to work with definitely recommend acrylics to beginners or just people who want to paint without major cleanup or frustration from mud mixing
