A: For me it really helps with overall feeling better, and yes I seem to rest better.   I can sure tell a difference when I run out and don't have them to take.

A: There is a expiration date on the bottle. Bottle is sealed and I order it regularly . Works like magic

**Q: No Iron nor enough calcium?**
A: I take 1200 mg of Calcium on top of this. That's the recommended daily amount. Funny you mention iron, it's not listed on the box!! Now I'm wondering.
