If there is one way to place kids in one place that too safe, then this is it. This product is a bliss and very handy as earlier we use to quill manually by a hand tool. There are plenty in the box In-Box contents: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1 x Spyro Station (No batteries, requires 3 x AA) 2 x 70 Short Sticky back strips pack 1 x 60 Long sticky Back strips 1 x pack of sticky eyes 1 x pack of Spyrosity cards 3 x big spyro card user manual The Spyro Station uses a motor to quill. 1 paper quilling takes 3-4 seconds. It has two speed, selectable. A pedal very easy for kids to quill. The unit is fully safe for kids. The paper stripes given has a glue at one end, which after your quilling, can be glued. The Spyro Station has 5 positions with different size marked as A,B,C,D,E. If you want a bigger size, use a lengthy sticky back stripe paper and place them in the bigger slot. Product highlights: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ♦ Adjustable speed for Quilling ♦ Plenty of cards for kids to play with ♦ Add-on cards available for purchase ♦ Works with any quilling Sticky stripes (We used 3mm Wonder Stcky Back quilling strip) ♦ Plenty of eye beads of different sizes ♦ Works for 3mm and 5mm also Tip: ~~~ 1. You can buy paper quills (Sticky) separately and they are cheap, like 1000 stripes for ~300 with different colors. 2. For big sizes (Even bigger), you need to stick multiple stripes at the end of each stripe. The Spyro Station quills them but does not support that big, but you can use your own such as a cup or bottle lids, etc to shape them. 3. If you have printer, you can make your own cards! --> If you want to create more 3-D visuals, try Spyrocity 3D Crinklers, which gives more visual appeal to kids and are even better. --> Kids above age 5 or 6 will be more comfortable and they learn to do themselves with less support from parents Overall, this is a very fun and creative activity for kids and for elders as we recently did some quilling on a collage photo frame.
