Once you set them they're easy to use. The only problem is, as the pressure gets lower they get much slower which I guess is only natural. I've found them to be reasonably accurate but not enough for me to forego using a reliable gauge on the tires. I suppose I'll do what others have mentioned which is put them on and go ahead and drive a little bit. That would really work well on vehicles that will display the tire pressure on the dash but unfortunately mine doesn't do that. I do recommend these as a cheap way to air down.
