It makes a noticeable difference with nail hardness and resistance to breaking. It also seems to help my skin but given I use various creams and ointments on my skin to keep it from drying out the change is confounded with a number of variables. It helps me get more protein in my diet for muscle retention and building. At this point I like it for the flavor in my morning coffee. And I prefer its flavor over ALL the other vanilla collagens I’ve tried.
Review: Dissolves well and tastes good - I put one scoop in my coffee every morning and then I make a smoothie right before breakfast and I put it in my protein smoothie with blueberries. It dissolves well and taste delicious. I just hope it doesn’t have fillers in it.
