It fit nicely in my 2020 F-150 XLT so your Raptor should be a fit. **Q: Will it hold you cell phone in the back stands?** A: I have a samsung 20 - with a thin case - it fits, but if you apply the brakes/turn/stop, the phone just falls out. This was my main purpose of purchasing so I think I will be returning it, unfortunately. It is nice, love the mat in it, etc but my reason for purchasing was to hold my phone for WAZE navigation and it doesn't work. **Q: Will this fit a 2017 Raptor?** A: If the dash is the same as a F150, it will.
