**Q: How easily does this rotate from landscape to portrait and back?  Does it hold position (vertical/horizontal) or does it tend to waver off plum?**
A: It's technically works, but is poorly designed in this regard. How easily it stays really depends on your bracket position. If it's vertically in the center of your tv/monitor (not high or low, but in the center) it stays easily in the portrait position. Mine is off-center too high. I had to crank down that bolt pretty hard to get it to stay. Getting an adjustable wrench in their is tough without removing the tv/monitor, and you can forget getting a socket wrench in there. It also loosens again when you rotate it back to landscape. They could have used a different type washer, or maybe a locking wheel bearing of some kind. The tilt is also associated with the wrong bracket so you lose the up/down tilt, i.e. it becomes a left-to-right tilt which you already have with the arm swivel.

**Q: Do I have to use a tool to tilt the tv every single time? I want to push the tv as flat as possible when not in use**
