I got a block of substrate for the bottom of the tank, 2 hanging plants (with suction cups), 1 ground plant with a heavy base, 1 bend-a-branch which is about 6 feet long - a little thin - I have it doubled in on itself and twisted around the tank, 1 small water dish, the light hood - bulbs not included - you have to buy seperate under 25watt bulbs (the hood only holds one bulb), I suggest https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00101JIA6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 for day and https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0006L2UKQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 for night, both in the lowest watt because in reviews of this tank someone said a 25watt melted the hood. The 15watts give off enough light and I haven't had problems. The last thing included are a themomoter and hygrometer, which has very mixed reviews.
