A: yes.You can get a brand new folding chair that has already been assembled.

**Q: I never got these chairs and I contacted the seller, never responded either. Is it the norm you take people money and never send the product?**
A: There are bogus sellers. I too ordered in one of the sellers And they didn't deliver. I complained through customer service and they refunded my money.

**Q: There is no lock button on the side? Please send me a link to a manual or detailed instructions otherwise i have to return it**
