You could burn using 50 if you sit in UV Index 10 all day. **Q: Why is it gel and not oil? Usually its oil. Its sold by the brand itself?** A: It is oil. I spray it and then use my hands to rub it evenly on my skin. It is definitely an oil, not a gel.
