Quite a few people mentioned the excessive noise the brush makes when on high speed, and also a problem with hot air coming from the base of the brush instead of where the bristles are. I did not pay much attention to the noise problem, thinking that the reviewers were just making it a big deal. We know that all fans make noise. Well, when I used the brush for the first and only time, I have to say that the reviewers had a point, and those who warned not to buy, were absolutely right. The noise is intolerable indeed. The unit screams when blows. Believe me, you will never be able to use the brush on high speed. Secondly, the airflow - it comes from the base of the brush making your styling pointless. The hair around the brush flies away from it, leaving you with even more frizz than before styling.The product is being returned.
