(This applies to any brand of forskolin extract, not just Nature Bound.)That said ...First, it cranks your cortisol up, way up. I was having near-constant panic-level anxiety from it, with blood pressures over 150/100. It took me a few weeks to figure out what was doing it. I'd rotated through all my foods and supplements and this one was toward the end of the rotation, unfortunately.Second, several studies indicate that it "thins your blood", lowering the INR/Prothrombin Time, which may potentially be fatal to some heart and stroke patients. If you're over 40, stay away from it without a complete physical/stress test. If you have a good INR/PT, then your doctor may approve of it.It does cause apoptosis in many kinds of cancer cells. But I can not stress strongly enough that if you have cancer, you MUST work with your cancer team! If for no other reason, than to advance the science of cancer control and possible cure.Even if you're young, health, and overweight, check with the doctor and see if s/he thinks its a wise choice for you. Most people have no adverse reactions, but I did.
