Easy to use - just look up some YouTube videos to learn how to do it and you're off and running. Pretty much all you need is some good pliers and maybe some glue. The materials are good quality and great value. Way cheaper than paying a repair person to come repair your shutters. They fit my shutters great and do what they are supposed to do.

**Q: Do these work with Norman (woodlore) invisible tilt shutters? (Pin side of course - no the tilt side)**
A: Most all shutters work the same in my experience. Just to be safe you might want to get a second opinion from Woodlore to be sure! If it was me I did and would purchase these due to the return policy!

New house had beautiful plantation blinds. Several were broken and I thought I was going to have to disassemble the blinds to fix them. Then I found these spring loaded plastic pins. Blinds look and function like brand new. And it took about 30 seconds to fix each one! Wonderful product!
