Review: Muy eficiente con ardillas, solo dar guia a puerta con pared y poner nueces atras - Importate !!, he capturado más de 8 ardillas en mi jardin, solo hay que ponerle unas nueces hasta atrás en algo que este alto, como una tapa de plastico y recargar la puerta en un muro, para que baje bien. Ojo, si la nuez se pone tal cual como biene, la ardilla la come y NO toca la trampa, por eso ponerla atrás.

**Q: Would it catch a pigeon without injuring it?**
A: While it is possible to injure any animal, I believe a pigeon could be caught without injury. I've caught rabbits and one time a cat. The cat wasn't planned.

**Q: Will it hold an armadillo?**
A: Hi!  Depends I guess. It held a skunk (like...an adolescent so, 7-8 lbs).  Good sturdy trap. Please...PLEASE trap and release! We've trapped multiple skunks, raccoons and opossums.  Just be sure to check the trap frequently so the little guy isn't stuck for long.  There's more danger of it harmingi itself in a panic than there is of it wrecking the trap. Yep, armadillos can carry yada yada but...enough pontificating from me. ;)

**Q: is there a manual trigger?**
A: You set the trap and the animal you trap triggers the device. There is no remote way of triggering the trap, if that is your question.

A stray mama cat brought her 5 babies to my yard to live in my shed. I was able to trap Mom with a larger trap and get 4 of her 5 babies by trapping them inside their shelter made out of a tote. The last kitten was VERY elusive! Nearly 24 hours later and the baby finally got hungry enough to go into the trap. We used a little trail of tuna juice and small bits of tuna, placed a towel over most of the trap, which helps the kitten from panicking too badly (you cannot cover the area where the trigger bar goes out). Put a little towel on the bottom of the trap, so the baby isn't feeling the wires underneath and felt more secure walking in. The end of the towel rested gently on the trigger plate with a clump of tuna on it. This trap literally helped us to save the little kittens life and reunite it with mom and its siblings. Now, they call can be fixed, vaccinated, socialized and have a beautiful life ahead of them. So thankful for this trap and that it worked so well. My husband assembled it and said it was quite easy to put together and rig up.
