The 3.5mm socket also features the same threaded connector as used on the output cable of the HS2 Headset Microphone, and the RØDELink Filmmaker Kit Receiver, ensuring the connection to your XLR input is secure and won't disconnect during your recording. Wirkt robust und funktioniert einwandfrei. Damit kann man jedes Standard-Headset-Mikrofon und jedes Handy-Lavalier-Mikrofon (das mit einem entsprechenden Adapter auf Stereo-Klinke kommt) an ein Audio-Interface seiner Wahl anschließen. Dadurch kann man selbst mit einer Reihe sehr günstiger Mikrofone eine hohe Aufnahme-Qualität erreichen, die so am Mainboard-Anschluss nicht möglich wäre (diese Mainboard-Eingänge rauschen i.d.R. stark und verfälschen den Klang). Den Preis von rund 25€ finde ich somit recht fair.

I cannot express how thrilled I am with the Rode VXLR Plus XLR to 3.5mm Transforming Adapter.
