**Q: Does this have a silver or a black face. I want to make sure before I order.**
A: Careful , I received a wrong model. I ordered BAII plus professional calculator BLACK model. I received SILVER face model .....

**Q: Does come with a protective cover?**
A: Mine did not come with a cover.

**Q: I am confused, the listing says black but a customer said he got silver. Which is which?**
A: The insides are the same the black version has a slightly large screen and the button feel of black model as well. But you will have same functions in both models.

**Q: Does anyone know how to replace the battery?**
A: Access is on the back/top. A pain to remove, but should be able to pop it out with a small screwdriver.
