Review: Nice 12dc Fan - It works well and has a high cfm output. I used it for a 18000 BTU Mr Buddy Heater that didn’t have a fan. It does now! I wired inline a variable PWM which allows it to be turned off or vary the fan speed. I also wired in a switchable 120vac to 12vdc adapter as well as a 9vdc battery pack so I can have a fan any where I need it.

A: This 120mm small squirrel cage blower fan 12V,   operating Temperature : -10-75 ℃  ; storage temperature: -40-80 ℃

**Q: Have these been used in boats to circulate air in compartments under the deck?  Are they water proof or resistant?**
A: I owe a coach with a residential fridgerator. I added these fans (two ) to the back side of the fridge.. Connected them to a thermo-temp sw. When the temp reaches 140 degrees these fans kick in to help move air flow up the vent. Hi-speed and relatively quiet. Highly recommend them. don't recommend them to get wet. mist of spray should be ok.

**Q: Can they be set up for 24v**
A: No, they are designed for 12V only.

**Q: Can the fan be reversed to intake through rectangular port and blow out through the fan grate?**
A: Don’t see why not since it is a dc motor nonregulated.

I used it to keep my amplifier on my Boat nice and cool. It works great! Low draw and high output just like me! It's a bit noisy so if that's an issue this ain't the fan for you.
