I bought these for my Dad, who is a keen amateur photographer. He was looking for some props to help him with a competition which was all about light. The prism itself is nicely weighted and seems to be made of high quality materials - you could easily use it as a paperweight when not using it for photography purposes. It quickly catches the light when shone at it and disperses it into a variety of colours - the effect is rather beautiful and helped my Dad to produce some very interesting compositions! Although a little on the small side, I’d recommend these for any amateur photographers out there - especially those who don’t want to splurge on a larger or more expensive set - these were well priced.
