They say, "Ginkgo biloba also contains two constituents (flavonoids and terpenoids) that have strong antioxidant properties to slow down the progression of age-related issues. But then there is no mention of their product actually containing any terpenoids (just the flavones/flavenoids). Also, note that this is only a 10:1 extract, and not 30:1 like many others. Nothing wrong with that, just thought I'd point that out. My current Ginko brand is only 120mg, but almost as much Ginkgo Flavones as in 350mg of Micro Ingredients. It works. *by A***R on 30 October 2022* This is definitely, in my opinion, *the* way to take Ginkgo, and so far I have been very pleased with this brand. Some days I just need one little scoop and others I think I need the whole bag. No, don't really take the whole bag!! but being able to fine-tune exact dosage really helps me to make a good balance. And it does work. I can definitely tell the days when I forgot to take it < insert obvious joke here 😅>. It smells and tastes quite a bit like mown grass, so if that scent / flavor bothers you you'll probably want to put it in a smoothie. Orange juice seems to kill the flavor for me, although I don't mind the taste straight. It dissolves OK. Better than the milk thistle from the same company, but not fully. Still, for me it's such a small serving that it's easy to swing it down.
