My review about Oralmedic was rejected never published. After purchasing this product I had no idea how to use or if it was safe I threw it in the trash, I would never purchase again. **Q: How is this with cankers on the tongue?** A: That is where I had mine. It works great only if you use it within a couple of days of getting the canker sores, it is not effective on ones that you have had for awhile. But for ones you have had for 2 or 3 days or less, it will get rid of them within a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on the the size of the canker sore.
