The device worked as it was supposed to for about 48 hours, performed as describe, then the earhook snapped off at the ear piece and there is no other replacement in the box. The plastic on the ear hook is very brittle and the fit was extremely tight, therefore causing it to break.During the first 24 hours the device worked as advertised; however shortly after the hook broke I noticed that there was a rattling coming from the headset, upon inspection I found that the volume control lever was very loose and when i move my head the lever moved from side to side making the noise in my ear during conversations. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COMFORTABLE HEADSET WITH OUTSTANDING SOUND *by L***N on July 26, 2016* I love this headset. It stays charged for days on end, is extremely comfortable, and unlike others I've had, stays on my ear. It doesn't compete with my glasses for space behind my ear, and it is loud enough that I actually have to turn it down. I highly recommend this headset. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'd sure buy it again *by G***E on June 28, 2016* Very nice product, but at times the audio is not as good as I hoped. I could believe this problem would be my phone.
