This roller shutter shaft is made of galvanised steel. It has an octagonal profile and consists of two parts: first a maxi shaft and second a telescopic maxi shaft. Both parts are simply plugged together during assembly, so that the roller shutter shaft is very stable. It then has a length of 160 cm and can be shortened with a hacksaw. Note: Be sure to cut the shortening only on the telescopic maxi shaft.
