I was glad to have found it on Amazon now for even more convenience. The pills are quite large (as pictured), but not hard to swallow with plenty of water or juice as they are curved oval shape and well polished. The difference for me is that these vitamins have a noticeable effect on my body - I get more energy and my skin looks better nourished. They are quite expensive relatively versus chemically synthesized multivitamins, but I think they are worth it. I know many have expressed concerns from the P&G purchase of this company. However, I think it would be in the interest of P&G to keep the formula the same if they want to retain the customer base.
