Comodo Shrimp crackers (Kerupuk) taste great by themselves or with your favorite chip dip. Perfect as a snack or as an appertiser at lunch time, parties or picnics. Komodo Shrimp Crackers require frying (preferably in a deep fryer) until golden in color, it expands to about 3 times its original size. Product of Indonesia. Halal Certified حلال .

**Q: What guarantee from the shipper that these will arrive unbroken?**
A: My kroepoek was in hundred of pieces when it arrived ! Very disappointed in “large” kroepoek

**Q: How many carbohydrates per serving?**
A: No idea. However, they are delicious.

**Q: Are these the ones that Jacques Pepin used on his cooking show?**
A: Originally from Indonesia;  really don’t know what was used on his show, not having seen it unfortunately.

Have been enjoying this product since I was a child....Always good...but shipping product in plastic bags results in 90% of the the chips broken into little pieces....Just not the same as seeing the large pieces when presenting to guests and friends......Try using a box with peanuts or bubbles......
