Review: The product is excellent. What I did not like was that I specifically ordered this item from desertcart Australia as I expected it would have a factory fitted AU plug. It came from the USA with their non compatible plug. I then had to source an adapter. This is not acceptable, those adapter plugs are loose fitting and never as good as the dedicated plug and its another item to be lost or mislaid. The AU site should have stated the item as being sourced outside AU with a non compatible factory plug. That fact may or may not have affected my decision to purchase from desertcart. You will be redirected to a page asking you to download an app for android (in the case of Disney properties). Which is impossible on the portal. In the case of Netflix, you will be able to log in and see thumbnails but no videos will play. It used to work. But this is pretty much becoming a brick and I suspect that the product line will be dropped once existing stock runs out. **Q: Free to use?** A: Yes it’s free to use! It is so wonderful. It’s like I’m in the house with my grandkids. It shows the whole room and follows the action. It does effects and story time. We have a good laugh when they read stories to me and it puts costumes on them virtually according to the story. I didn’t buy the portal for myself so I use “what’s app” on my phone.
