You just have to try for a while longer and see if it changes any more. **Q: How does this item work with short hair?** A: It works with short hair but after application for a couple of weeks black hair starts to look brown to cover the grays **Q: Will this cream reverse grey hair to black hair ?** A: It does REDUCE the SOME of gray hair back to black. It does not work instantly like a dye. It is a gradually process. I think it like like fills/activates the hair shafts with dye. Also when you stop applying the grease the reverse affects stop. I think this product is ideal for someone with little gray hair and wants to hide it. I used it for a while, but went to dye because I wanted instant and all black.
