A: They sprout pretty well but didn’t grow very well in Northern California, some pretty flowers but season too short for beans.

You have to dehydrate for more than 4 days (8 I would say) and boil on the 4th or 5th... Yuzu it and with Chulpi (corn Nuts with salt, garlic and Spring Onions) a very Healthy Snack!!

Super lengthy preparation time. Takes 2 weeks of changing water in order to get rid of all the bitterness. But tastes good once this is done.
