I have acne and combination oily/dry skin so my acne gets worse without cleanser, but cleansers do the aforementioned splotching and really dry out my skin. A friend recommended this to me because she uses it for her sensitive skin and it is natural so I thought i would give it a go. I am amazed that after such a short time I am already seeing a difference in my skin. It has begun to feel smoother and it feels clean without excessive dryness (I do experience small dry patches, but nothing bothersome and they may stop in time). The smell of the product isn't my favorite, but it isn't unbearable and goes away once I wash my face of the cleanser and you don't need much product so I estimate that one bottle will last me awhile. The greatest part for me is that I have not had any painful allergic reactions so I can keep using it. Help** A: I don't remember having a problem with the pump. but try pushing top down and turning it at the same time. you may have to take it out of the bottle first .
