**Q: does it include seal?**
A: Yes it includes the seal. I highly recommend this product. I drive my car hard and do my own oil changes. The motor seems happy after 150k plus miles.

**Q: The title says it fits a Volvo xc60 2013, however when I complete the survey it says it isn't compatible. Can someone confirm?**
