Review: It's fine not exceptional - Hi I am writing this review after using this product. I purchased this product on 1Dec and after 10 days it stopped working. So after few days I checked it has 3 months warranty and I contacted the customer service but the number they shared was not connecting to I raised the concern to seller through chat option. Seller told me the process and provided replacement it's been 12 days approx and product is working fine. Sometimes I feel it's overheating. Let's see how long this heatpad works are in total it's just 20 days I am using it. Not highly recommended but it's fine. Not reliable like flamingo heatpad it's just I don't like the feel or design otherwise it's good
