As a runner with asthma, it's frustrating how few options exist for carrying an inhaler during a run. I rarely need it but running without it is just dangerous. I used to spend lots of time and money looking for clothes with pockets big and secure enough for an inhaler. I tried a running belt but the inhaler's odd shape made the belt move and bounce too much. This armband is perfect! It's large enough for my inhaler, keys, and Galaxy S7 with a thicker than average case. I've also used it to stow gloves, head warmers, and sunglasses. I've run up to five miles with this and honestly forget that I have it on. The Velcro strap is very adjustable and keeps the pouch still and secure on my small arms. I've worn it with and without sleeves and both are comfortable. My only complaint is that getting things out of the pockets while wearing it can be tricky, but I usually take the pouch off first anyway.
