## Description

Amaco LG10 is a clear, allover covering glaze that produces a smooth, high gloss finish at a mature witness Cone 06 (1911°F, 1044°C). Two coats of LG10 is usually sufficient to achieve a smooth glossy finish. Clear glaze can be used over the AMACO LUG series, Velvet, Velvet1Strokes, Designer Velvet, and over the GDC Majolica Gloss Decorating Colors. When gloss decorating colors are used over bisque, they need a clear glaze over them which is applied at the same time and fired once. Pint

A: It's a low fire glaze ^05. If the porcelain is already fired and you want to coat it, you should be able to fire it to Cone 05. It will not fire properly at cone 6.

A: No, this is a transparent glaze for low fire clay. It looks pink when applied but clear after firing.
