Get hair wet, add shampoo to hand, rub hands together to emulsify. Wash scalp thoroughly, rinse and repeat. The shampoo is only 30% water, where most are 70%. You add water to your hair from the shower, not from the bottle. 😊. With daily shampooing a bottle should last 2-3 months. And! You’ll have the best hair of your life.
