I usually have to give up about a week in because the light and skin sensitivity becomes too bothersome. I think it's because of the Hypercin content of most extracts. This stuff seems to have much less of it, so while it's pretty mild in effect, I don't get any of the usual side-effects. It is great for night time because it's calming and makes for some great sleep.Pros: feels natural, mild (but effective) in antidepressant effect but much less side effects compared to other extracts. Only St. John's wort I can tolerate. More calming than other extracts.
