I used it to seal my desk before putting down epoxy. Since Epoxy gets hot while curing I thought it would be a good idea to get some heat resistant silicon. Worked great! Then I added too much glitter to the epoxy and ruined it. But still the silicon worked well. I used some cheap stuff from home depot and the epoxy ate right through it and ran all down my wall. Huge mess and about $20 in epoxy wasted. That's what inspired me to get this stuff.
