The first time I put them on, my 11 year old daughter asked me if they were jeggings (meaning not appropriate). They do not really look like jeans, so I was disappointed about that. I wanted comfortable pants that I could wear in public. These are better for lounging at home. The light color really doesn't look like denim at all. Dark blue might be better.I ordered them in a size larger and returned them for a smaller size, so I would say they run large.I had heard others talk about PajamaJeans, so I thought I'd give them a try. I think that $40 to $50 is a lot to pay for a pair of stretch pants, and I don't think there is anything special about these pants that elevates them to jeans. I would not buy them again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm in love with these *by S***H on Reviewed in the United States on April 22, 2018* I absolutely love these. I thought I would give them a try so I would have something comfortable (but not sloppy) to wear on a 15 hour flight. I honestly expected them to look ugly and need to be returned but was so surprised. They're super comfortable and really do look like jeans. The material doesn't quite look like denim, but the color/style/fit do. I love that I can wear them around the house (and be comfortable!) and also be able to wear them for errands or to take my dog for a walk outside without changing. I say give them a try. Also, I was between sizes and so ordered down and I'm glad I did. I'm 5'1", wear size 10/12, and bought a medium. I ordered a Petite Medium and they are too big and wayyyy tooo long. I got them hemmed but I will not purchase these through Amazon again.
