It doesn't come with any sort of applicator.I have applied it with my fingers and a foam sponge and I got the best results with the sponge, though it took more product. With a foam egg sponge, the color becomes so well blended that it really looks very natural.It's not what I would call long wear, but it gets me through a workday easily.The color that I got looks very natural, and suits my complexion well. I normally wear an ivory shade in foundation.It is oil-based, but the color stays true. My skin on my cheeks is rather dry.
