I didn't want to feel plastered. The basic colour suits my complexion fine, and I would imagine it would suit a range of fair-skinned individuals. So it does have some colour but it does not cover any blemishes. If you have no blemishes, this is a very nice light foundation to wear. I think it has an element of sun protection too.
