No amount of moisturizers, serums or beauty products will protect your skin so it will stay plump and hydrated & not have age spots when you get older. I'm 59 and have used sun screen daily for >30 yrs. Until a few yrs ago, people assumed I was in my late 30's & they'd say it was because of my skin. They'd be truly honestly surprised, not feigned surprise! Sun exposure and cigarette smoking (I've never been a smoker) age skin faster than anything. I'd say, save your money on skin care products, #1. protect it from sun daily. Additional things...cleanse at night with a gentle cleansing wipe...by Ponds, you local grocery store brand, or Neutragena. That's all you need for cleansing. Over-cleansing the skin is unnecessary. And take care not to tug on the gentle skin around your eyes, especially when applying make-up. (Somewhere between 55 and 59, gravity tugs at the skin - the age people guess for me has gone up to early 40's...sob ;) I finally have some very fine forehead lines, some neck wrinkling and those little "jowls". That's why I'm looking at regenerist. I'll give a few of the anti-aging products some trials for long enough to work before I consider very limited surgeries (neck lift, fillers) You're on the right track thinking about skin care now.
