A: The Body Shop Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter does contain palm oil.

**Q: Do I need to use a second/ double cleanser for this?**
A: This is a stand-alone cleanser, so you would not need to use another one. We recommend rinsing the residue with warm water.

**Q: Will this melt or go bad if shipped in 95 degree weather? My packages often arrive warm/hot from the mail truck.**
A: It may soften up but I don’t think it would liquify or go bad.

**Q: Does the cloth come with the cleansing butter?**
A: I didn't get a cloth with mine.
