Can you use with other products for extra moisture or will it cause flakiness?** A: I use a leave in moisturizer, and then the Honey/ginger gel. I find that whatever moisture I have in my hair, it keeps it in. It is heavy on the hair, but I live in the South so it is great for keeping the humidity out. It does not dry the hair, and it doesn’t become crunchy. That has been my experience, I hope that helps. **Q: Is this similar to kinky curly?** A: For my hair type Kinky Curl makes my hair dry. This product does not. Its not oily either... **Q: Whats the best way to refresh with this product? I live in a high humidity area and my refreshes are never successful** A: I would use a 360 sprayer with distilled water or a good curl refresher spray. You don’t want a lot of build-up. Scrunch lightly while it’s damp, but don’t get too rough with your fingers. It may frizz. Hope this works for you. **Q: Is this product safe to use on color-treated hair?
