Instructions that came with the swing say it is wrong on the instructions.** A: I am 140 lbs and can swing with my grandson. About 30” covered with the vinyl wrap. **Q: If the chains are too long, can they be cut to the right length? Otherwise, what’s the best thing to do with the extra length?
