Effective and perfect quality as usual with WMF ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Superbe, ça devrait être obligatoire dans chaque cuisine *by R***N on 11 March 2014* Après une première utilisation, je me demande comment j'ai pu me passer de cuisson à la vapeur pendant des années? De plus, c'est assez difficile de trouver des casseroles de ce genre en magasin, alors que c'est la cuisson la plus saine. Cet ensemble WMF de 16 cm n'est pas si petit que ça. On peut faire des légumes pour 2 personnes. Et j'y ai même cuit 2 petites truites (en coupant la tête et la queue, et en les courbant). Finition impeccable, ça respire la qualité. Très élégant dans la cuisine, et facile à laver puisque c'est un petit diamètre. Idéal pour personne seule ou couple. Ca évite la vaisselle de grosses casseroles tous les jours, et donc ça incite à manger plus sainement chaque jour. Il n'y a pas de fuite au niveau de la jonction entre les 2 étages. Ou alors si peu qu'on ne fait pas la différence avec la vapeur qui s'échape à la jonction avec le couvercle. J'ai lu les commentaires de certaines acheteurs de ces casseroles à vapeur (également d'autres marques), et certains se plaignent de fuite de vapeur. Mais c'est normal (du moins sur ce modèle, et si c'est pas exagéré, sinon, c'est peut-être une mauvaise conception). La vapeur doit s'échapper un peu, car ce n'est pas une casserole à pression (différence!). La plus grande quantité de vapeur reste à l'intérieur, se refroidit contre le couvercle, se condense, et retourne dans la casserole (évitant ainsi le dessèchement des aliments). Mais une partie sort de la casserole, pour éviter une surpression. C'est tout à fait normal. Bref, l'un des meilleurs achats que l'on puisse faire. C'est un investissement dans sa santé à très long terme. Je vais maintenant probablement commander un second modèle, ou un modèle plus grand (peut-être aussi dans une autre marque de qualité) pour faire en une fois des repas plus grands, lorsque l'occasion se présente. Remarque: ça n'a rien à voir avec la cuisson vapeur au micro-onde. J'ai fait ça pendant quelques années, c'est très mauvais, ça dessèche les aliments, et peut-être même que ça modifie leur structure. A éviter, surtout quand les récipients sont en plastique. La vraie cuisson vapeur c'est avec ce genre de casserole.
