A: No, it does not

**Q: Does it sit up fully?**
A: If you mean completely upright so the child’s back is super straight then no, it has a slight recline on the back rest at it’s highest sitting position.

**Q: When it will deliver**
A: On time

**Q: With max weight of 22kg, It should be ok for my son as he is 15kg, but sometimes the harness are too short.  Do you have free return policy?**
A: The harness will be fine, my son used it up till 3 and half and still had plenty of room in the straps/harness. It's a great pram loved mine.
