I thought isn't this the stuff they use to give little kids before bed for discipline ? Or to make sure they pooped? I really didn't know much more than that. So I thought what the heck I'll be better for trying it, so I ordered it.When I received it in the mail my daughter had a puzzled look on her face and said " humm, ok .. What is this for ? And who is this for? " I told herWe are all getting healthy so we are all trying it so we poop more 😂 ( she does not think I'm funny ) There are claims that it diminishes fine lines, grows strong nails, eyelashes and thickens brows.and it is helpful for dry skin. I started my testing. I have used it three times in a pre shampoo hot oil treatment. The bottle has a pump so there is no mess no overage, I pump 2-3 good pumps into a bowl and heat up for 8 seconds. I then massage it into my hair starting at the ends first as it seems dryer. I try and only use a small amount closer to my scalp now because first time my hair seemed greasy. I wash my hair twice after and then condition it sparingly ( you don't need much conditioner) When I received it in the mail my daughter had a puzzled look on her face and said " humm, I started to do some research and it looks like Castor Oil has been used for centuries as a trusted beauty secret .. WHAT? Why had I never heard about this before?
